What an amazing event to be a part of ‘Sing Up Day’ 2025. On 18 June 2025, over 17,500 singers in 77 schools from all over the world celebrated Sing Up Day with the song ‘In me I trust’. Starcross appear several times.

Last week Oystercatchers went on a trip to Lyme Regis and Charmouth. We visited Mary Anning’s birthplace and grace, the dinosaurland museum and then went fossil hunting on Charmouth beach. The children all had a fantastic time and were an absolute credit to the school!
This week, the Year 4 children of Starcross went to Pixies Holt for their residential. They took part in multiple activities including a night walk, caving, archery and team building skills. For some of the children, this was their first night away from home which is a huge achievement in itself. We are so proud…
