This year is the first year that we have had Team Captains appointed. These Year Six children had to nominate themselves, write an application as well as prepare and deliver a speech to their classmates and a panel of staff members to show that they have what it takes to be given the ultimate leadership role at Starcross Primary School.

Our Team Captains are:

Tommy Zephy	Lara Jaxon	Lola Alfie	Liberty Thomas

Since their appointment, the team captains have taken control of counting and delivering the team points totals each week in STARS assembly and have supported our staff to lead open events at our school, acting as informative tour guides and supporting younger pupils.

Their role will develop as the year goes on as we know that they are capable of making a big difference to our school by leading and acting as role models.
