Last week, Pre-school were visited by Marie from Animals 2 U South West. Marie brought with her hissing cockroaches, a crested gecko, bearded dragon and two very friendly tortoises. The children enjoyed learning lots of new facts about these amazing animals and some were even brave enough to touch them!
The children enjoyed a special PE day of cricket last week with visiting coach Niall Leahy. Learning the skills of batting and fielding, each class had a session with Niall and can now build on this great introduction in PE lessons later in the term.
World Book Day this year is Thursday 7th March.
